Union Fashion Bar (UFB)

UFB is a restaurant that rolled all the concept of brasserie, café and bar into one. Although with the name of ‘bar’, the atmosphere decorated is not a place that just for drink, but also suitable for parents to bring their children here and have dinner together.

The part of bar is on the side of the entire shop, with various kinds of wines on the shelves. There are also bartenders at UFB, ready to provide prepare wines as per order.

If you want to have a slice a cake, your appetite will also be fulfilled at UFB! The delicacy of the cakes sold here are not inferior to the bakeries. However, we found that the size of their slice cakes is a bit smaller as compared to bakeries and also more expensive.

Come to the menu of UFB, it is printed with attractive design and colour with tempting food images. To make the first visitors to be more familiar with their business concept and history, the information is provided on the first page of the menu.

The specialty here is the UFB Chicken Pizza. Besides, they also provide another two different flavours of pizza, which are tomato and mushroom and tuna.

Furthermore, UFB provides a ‘choice your flavour’ set for customers to customise their own favourable side dish for either Japanese curry rice or cheesy baked rice. Both of the rice costs RM9.90, while the side dishes provided are different to their cost. From our opinion, the price is quite reasonable as some of these side dishes are considered as senior ingredients, like assorted seafood and salmon.

MAMA CHICKEN CHOP (RM17.90)

This chicken chop is fried until crisply and eat together with Home Made BBQ sauce, which is specially made from UFB’s recipe. 

The chicken meat is marinated to just the right flavour and it is neither too oily nor dry to eat even though it is a fried chicken chop.

ALIO OGLIO MUSHROOM PASTA (RM15.80)

If you are an Alio Oglio pasta lover, you will be inspired by UFB’s Alio Oglio mushroom pasta. It has satisfied our appetite and the taste is really delicious.

In essence, the western foods served at UFB are worth to try even though the price is a bit high due to the delicacy and high standard of cooking.
