Summer Café

If you look carefully, you will find one hidden café at the corner lot which is a bit hard to notice it. This is Summer Café, it is generally known by the residents staying in Taman Perling.

The cute decorations of seven dwarfs beside the entrance are quite impressive to us.

It is using warm lighting inside and make us feel at home while having our dinner.

Some of the pictures of specialties were enlarged to display on the wall. As a result, the nice photos got to increase our appetite.

The valuable set meals are available here. Their set will include a free drink and there are three choices for us. At our first look at this menu, we had the thought that it is valuable with its side dishes and rice.

RICE CHICKEN BURGER (RM9.90)

We had ordered this burger as it looks special and nice in the menu. It is a rice burger with chicken fillet, tomato and lettuce. The French fries that served together is quite tasty as it was fried until crispy and yet not been charred. We found that it is less convenient to eat as the rice was failed to stick together and keep scattered. Besides, the rice was tasteless, so we only can treat it as the normal rice accompanied with chicken fillet.

Butter chicken rice and curry chicken rice are both set meals, and the portion of both side dishes was too small that had made us feel disappointed. The butter chicken have a strong butter smell while the curry chicken has too much curry powder taste. However, the taste was still acceptable.

The price is reasonable for university students like us to settle our meals here. However, we conclude that Summer Café is not a café that serve high-quality food that you will find it worth for a visit. If you just want to have an ordinary meal, you can consider dropping in Summer Café.
